The online baby gift service boasts an impressive celebrity clientele including Prince George, Megan Gale, Carrie Bickmore and Mia Freedman who have all received one of the brand’s iconic monogrammed red boxes.
Combining high-end style with top-of-the-line products parents will actually want and need, owner Rachel Moor has built an international reputation as the go-to gift service for new bubs.
After operating three successful bricks and mortar boutiques Kisses and Little Kisses for 19 years, Ms Moor decided the future was online and opened Little Kisses web store.
“Being online we’ve been able to offer more specialised products and a 360 shopping experience,” Ms Moor said.
“It’s also opened up a whole new market for us rather than just being restricted to our suburbs and its surrounds.”
Ms Moor said social media has also had a big part to play in her brand’s expansion with a big push towards shopping through Instagram and Pinterest.
“That’s now our shop window,” she said.
“Customers are armed with so much retail knowledge now, they do a lot more research about what they want and what’s out there before they come to you.”
Ms Moor has helped counsel hundreds of women on what they need to welcome a new baby and introduced international labels such as Stella McCartney and Vanessa Bruno to Queensland.
The hampers come prepacked or can be customised with items, like those gifted to Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
Ms Moor even heard back from Prince William and Kate Middleton who were apparently “delighted” with the gifts.
